Lately, Jared has been thinking about getting a guitar. So, when he heard about a fellow foreigner selling his guitar, he decided to steal the deal.

Growing up, Jared learned to play the trombone, piano, saxophone, and base guitar. Due to his music background, I was fully confident that he would be able to pick guitar fairly easily. However, I wasn’t prepared to hear him already playing songs when I came home from work today. With a mere 20 minutes of practice, he is already filling the house with pleasant music. Up until today, I had forgotten how nice it is to hear live music.

I am so grateful we are at a time in our lives where we have the time to try new things. It is truly a nice place to be.
